Professionals going abroad
Professionals in the SCR database are available to evaluate international job opportunities that involve transferring (they often already live abroad) both for a long or short period of time.
Thanks to international partnerships, SCR carries out research and selection projects directly abroad as well: SCR is in fact able to perform research in different countries of the world and select foreign staff by using specialized services and an international recruiter network that can manage the recruitment phases directly in the country of interest and select candidates using selective criteria that take into account the cultural, economic and social specificities and the entrepreneurial fabric of the country of interest.

Interviews are performed f ace-to-face or via videoconference when candidates live abroad or are frequently on business trips. The selection also provides the possibility to perform on-line aptitude tests.

How to enter CV in SCR’s work abroad section database
To declare your willingness to access the database of professionals going abroad, it is necessary to fill in the application form in the general SCR database and then place a flag in the field available for abroad opportunities. Read more
Candidates will receive via email, from SCR consultants, a request for additional information that will be used for selecting eligible profiles and then a confirmation of the application. Instead, the application to the general section of SCR database will automatically be accepted.

Abroad job opportunities
The Candidate, regardless of his/her insertion into a database for any present and future research, can evaluate and apply for job opportunities abroad that SCR is currently managing.
