We are a team of qualified professionals who analyse and manage organizational and managerial issues with a direct impact on people. The aim of the interventions we propose is to facilitate and manage the phases and the types of change that occur within the organization, from the integration/allocation of new resources to the organization and enhancement of the existing ones.
At the basis of all our tailored interventions there is a deep knowledge of the culture and the peculiarities of the context in which we operate, as well as a psychosocial approach that combines organizational analysis, knowledge of the different professional profiles and the most important business strategic factor: people.
Graduated in psychology in 1996 and member of the Italian Register of Psychologists, she works as a counselor for student orientation at various vocational training centres.
Graduated in clinical psychology in 1996 with a postgraduate degree in “Professional Orientation Counselling“, she is enrolled in the Professional Register.
Graduated in Occupational and Organisational Psychology in 1995, she is enrolled in the Professional Register since 1997.
